We scout and grade in person and under actual game conditions. We attend not just one game, but at least three in a season. So our evaluations are concise, detailed and accurate.
No "Cattle Call" tryouts. Other so called scouting services hold massive open tryouts with as many as 200-300 players in attendance. Where for a ridiculous fee they will provide the player with a cheap tee shirt and cap then the player will stand around for three hours waiting for their name to be called. After which they will hit the player 3 to 4 balls and write up a baseless evaluation.
